Instead of bring helpful and picking out bags that I might like and trying to make a sale they would giggle to themselves. When I would pick up a purse and make comments about what I liked and didn't like they would whisper to each other about my choices. ![]() The sales associates followed me around like I might steal something. I received the worst customer service at the Dooney & Bourke store. We stopped here on our way back to San Diego from Scripts Aqurium and a whale watching trip in New Port. I am partial to Dooney & Bourke or Michael Kors. My husband buys me a purse every year for our anniversary.
